Agents that do bounded work, and show it.

Assistants wired into your real data. Agents you can check afterwards. And an hour at a time, if what you want is to work this way yourself.

Learn it, or have it built.

    One-to-one AI coaching

For you, if you already work with these tools and suspect you are using a tenth of them.

A working session over video, on your own projects rather than a demonstration repository. You see the workflows, the prompts and the habits that make the difference, and you leave with them running on your machine.

Calibrated to where you are. If you are starting, we start at the start. If you already work this way, we go after the parts that are still slow. In French or in English, whichever you think in.

AI agents that do real work

For a business with a task somebody does by hand every week and nobody enjoys.

Agents wired into the work your team actually does: reading your real data, doing bounded tasks, showing what they did so a person can check it. Not a chatbot bolted onto a product.

What this costs depends on what the agent has to reach, what it is allowed to change, and what has to be proved before anyone trusts it. A number quoted before knowing those is a number that changes later. So the first step is a conversation, and it ends with a fixed price built from the same hour, agreed before any work starts.

    quoted after a conversation

Tell me what you want automated

Work that gets done while you do something else.

An agent is not a chatbot and not a wish. It is a bounded worker: it reaches only what you let it reach, changes only what you allow, and shows what it did so a person can check it. What that is worth depends entirely on which job you hand it.

  • Sort the inbox nobody sorts.
  • Check every invoice against its order.
  • Read the contract and list what changed.
  • Turn the spreadsheet into the Monday report.
  • Answer the same question correctly at 3am.
  • Watch the logs, wake someone when it matters.
  • File the receipts before the accountant asks.
  • Draft the reply, and show its reasoning.

Each of those ends with something a person can read and check. An agent that cannot show its work is not doing yours.

The rules an assistant works inside.

Kernel is the governance layer around the assistants and agents doing your work: what they must do, what they may never do, and the record of what they did. Without it an assistant is capable and unaccountable, which is exactly the combination nobody wants near their business.

  1. Safer

Bounded permissions and a written record, so a mistake is visible and reversible rather than discovered later.

  2. Better

Standards the work is held to every time, instead of whatever the assistant felt like doing that day.

  3. Faster

Less re-checking, because the checking is built into how the work is done.

Then from 50€ a month excluding VAT (60.50€ incl.) for updates: the rules change as the tools change, and a governance layer that stops being updated stops being governance.

That monthly fee is updates, and only updates. Help using it, changing it, or working through a problem with it is a separate service, charged as the hour above. Said plainly here so nobody discovers it in an invoice.

That setup figure covers putting the governance layer in place as it stands. It includes no bespoke installation, no rules written specially for your own tools and no integration work: any of that is quoted separately once we have talked about what it involves.

Talk about Kernel

The tools got cheaper. The price follows.

What it costs to do this work has fallen sharply, and it is still the same person doing it. Charging the old rate would be charging you for the tooling. The tooling is not what you are buying. The judgement is.

So the number comes down as the tools improve. It does not stay where it was because the market would allow it. Current rate since August 2026: 89€ an hour excluding VAT, 107.69€ including.

If you have a quote for comparable work, send it before you book. I will tell you straight whether it is the better deal. Sometimes it will be.

Move or cancel a booked hour up to 24 hours before it starts and it costs nothing. Inside 24 hours it is billed, because the time was held for you and cannot be filled. If something went wrong on the day, say so, and it will be treated as what it is.

Talk about an AI setup.

An email starts it, and it is answered quickly, by the person who would do the work.
