Appearance

Change a deck's appearance and see the result immediately on your desktop.

The TilesDeck appearance panel, with deck colour set to None and a blue custom colour option. Controls offer Classic or Liquid Glass style, top or centre alignment, glass strength, icon spacing and icon size.
  • Colour Choose a preset, your own colour or no tint, so each deck is easy to recognise.
  • StyleChoose Classic, or Liquid Glass on macOS 26 and later. Adjust the glass effect to suit your desktop. Earlier macOS versions use Classic.
  • Size and spacingChoose large, easy-to-read icons or a compact layout. Adjust the space between them and align the contents at the top or centre.
  • Titles and namesKeep deck titles and item names visible, or show them only when you hover.
  • Where it livesKeep a deck above other windows, assign it to a particular display, or show it across your desktops. A deck assigned to an unplugged display waits until you reconnect it.
